Anatoly Berezovoy
Anatoly Nikolayevich Berezovoy was a Soviet Air Force colonel and cosmonaut who commanded the first long-duration to Salyut 7. His single spaceflight lasted more than 211 days.

Bio
Berezovoy was selected as a cosmonaut in 1970 after military aviation service and Air Force Academy training. He spent more than a decade in preparation before receiving the Salyut 7 EO-1 command assignment.
He launched on Soyuz T-5 in May 1982 with Valentin Lebedev. The crew activated and operated the new Salyut 7 station, hosted visiting crews, and returned aboard Soyuz T-7 after a record-setting stay.
After leaving the cosmonaut corps in 1992, Berezovoy served in space-related public organizations, including the Russian Space Federation. He died in Moscow on September 20, 2014.
