Dmitri Yuryevich Kondratyev
Dmitri Yuryevich Kondratyev is a retired Russian Air Force colonel and cosmonaut who commanded Soyuz TMA-20 and later commanded the International during 27. His single flight came during the early 2010s ISS period, when the station had moved from assembly toward continuous research and operations.

Bio
Kondratyev trained as a military pilot and joined the 1997 cosmonaut group. He built the aviation and Soyuz-command background expected of Russian station , later receiving a United States FAA airline transport pilot license as well.
Soyuz TMA-20 launched in December 2010 with Catherine Coleman and Paolo Nespoli. Kondratyev served first as an Expedition 26 and then as Expedition 27 commander during a mission that included regular science, maintenance, visiting spacecraft, and station operations.
Kondratyev performed two Russian totaling 10 hours, 13 minutes, including high-speed data-transmission equipment installation and Russian-segment experiment work. He completed 159 days, 7 hours, 17 minutes in space.
