Sergey Nikolayevich Ryazansky
Sergey Nikolayevich Ryazansky is a Russian biologist, physiologist, and retired Roscosmos cosmonaut who completed two long-duration International missions. Unlike many Russian cosmonauts selected from military aviation or spacecraft engineering, Ryazansky entered the program from life-sciences research.

Bio
Ryazansky worked at the Institute of Biomedical Problems, a major Russian center for space medicine and human-performance research. He was selected in the IMBP cosmonaut group in 2003, later transferred into the TsPK cosmonaut corps, and brought biomedical expertise into operational station work.
His first flight launched on Soyuz TMA-10M in 2013 with Oleg Kotov and Michael Hopkins for 37 and 38. His second launched on Soyuz MS-05 in 2017 with Randy Bresnik and Paolo Nespoli for Expeditions 52 and 53.
The Expedition 37/38 and 52/53 labels are station increments inside those two Soyuz missions, not separate spaceflights. Ryazansky's completed record is two Soyuz/ISS missions, four , and 304 days, 22 hours, 21 minutes in space.
