Tracy C. Dyson
Tracy Caldwell Dyson is an American chemist and NASA astronaut. Selected in NASA Astronaut Group 17 in 1998, she brought molecular science and laboratory research experience into shuttle and long-duration station operations.

Bio
Dyson earned a doctorate in chemistry before NASA and worked in scientific research before astronaut selection. Her first mission was STS-118, an ISS assembly and logistics flight aboard Endeavour in 2007.
She then launched on Soyuz TMA-18 and served aboard 23 and 24 in 2010. During that mission she supported station science, robotics, maintenance, visiting spacecraft, and during a busy utilization period for the ISS.
Dyson returned to orbit on Soyuz MS-25 for Expeditions 70 and 71. That later mission made her one of the astronauts whose careers span the shuttle assembly era, early six-person ISS operations, and the mature station era of the 2020s.
