What you’ll understand

Distinguish political goals, technical capabilities, and evidence about public opinion.
Explain the purpose, teams, spacecraft, flight story, and limits of four early crewed programs.
Separate proximity, rendezvous, docking, and the requirements of useful EVA work.
Compare robotic and crewed lunar goals while keeping plans, outcomes, and budget choices distinct.

Take one lesson at a time. Study the evidence, work through a question, and check your understanding along the way. A final challenge connects ideas across all 8 lessons. Follow the source links whenever you want to go further.
