Launch infrastructure enters this census only when it served a launch inside the frozen space-related ledger. Missile-only facilities are not pulled back in.
Station complexes, modules, trusses, airlocks, adapters, and permanently associated elements remain separate from visiting vehicles and crew expeditions.
Communications, navigation, infrastructure, and early-warning spacecraft connect to documented control-location labels while unverified facility equivalence stays unresolved.
All 2,158 canonical place identities now have shared-contract cards and stable presentation routes: 312 launch sites, 1,529 launch points, 52 platforms, 195 control labels, and 70 curated extensions. Station elements and space-based network nodes stay in the space-object archive so physical hardware is not duplicated.
The compact directory is independently capped at 650 kB raw, 70 kB gzip, and 50 kB Brotli. Detail routes are generated only when requested and cached for one year; crawler shields keep the 2,158-record long tail from creating an uncontrolled compute queue.
