Every design identity is now browsable

All 5,615 family, configuration, stage, and engine designs have shared-contract cards and stable detail pages. Every one of 66,794 physical stages received deterministic triage, followed by individual review of all 126 rare-status candidates. Thirty-eight stages with consequential collision, orbital-explosion, or failed-recovery histories now have standalone cards; 66,756 remain exact parent-linked rows. The registry also counts 500 references to 32 source-only fairings, adapters, reentry vehicles, payload sections, or engines without inventing target pages.
