Impacts, failed landing attempts, attached components, and unsuccessful sample-return hardware remain in the census. Success is never an inclusion requirement.
Mission objectives do not become findings. The findings collection only promotes outcomes already supported by the mission source graph.
PDS, PSA, DARTS, ISSDC, and CNSA holdings retain their archive-native product identifiers. AstronautAtlas connects to those authorities instead of pretending to replace them.

The science directory now exposes all 26 canonical celestial targets, 170 surface operations—including 35 rover operations—and 59 sample or returned-material identities. Failures and evidence holds remain visible rather than being filtered out as unsuccessful exploration.
