Every reviewed source and media row now has a terminal preservation disposition. Citations, remote catalogs, locally cataloged media, rights, formats, checksums, storage, publication, and restoration remain separate states.

All 5,045 media records carry a checksum, MIME type, rights statement, and storage state. Live byte verification remains a separate build or operator audit.
A citation, catalog record, or downloadable page does not grant reproduction rights. Remote binaries remain acquisition holds until rights and format review passes.
Requested classes without a qualifying current record remain explicit discovery and acquisition holds instead of fabricated preservation coverage.
The preservation census above describes reviewed holdings. The current archive-wide presentation census separately identifies 3,593 exact reviewed-image identities, 15,933 contextual identities, 7,283 representative family-image identities, 25,426 representative vehicle-image identities, and 26,586 reviewed no-image dispositions. 1 standalone organization record currently awaits exact visual, rights, and composition review. Contextual and representative assignments reuse approved assets without duplicating their files or changing their sources, rights records, or checksums. Those non-exact uses are visibly labeled, and exact imagery supersedes them whenever it becomes available.
